This year, WORLD BOOK DAY is on Thursday 7th March. On this special day, your child can come to school dressed as a favourite character from any book. Or simply wear colourful clothing.
During the week, the children will be participating in lots of exciting activities:
Lit Quiz - which will be a House competition and take place in tutor time.
100 words competition in English or other subjects.
Bake Off to provide book-themed cakes for break time in the run up to Thursday 7th March.
Receiving either a free book or a £1 book token.
We will also be raising funds that we will donate to a Charity, so if pupils would like to bring in a small donation or money to buy cakes they can do so.
